COWRA – NSW

Tuesday, January 19.

Spent the day with brother Col and sister in law Shel in COWRA.

Looked at the sites round town. Went to the Peace Bell and Art Gallery. 

    
    
    
   
Off then to the POW Camp on the outskirts of town where the infamous COWRA Breakout occurred.  

    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
 
Home for lunch and rest then out to the Japanese gardens for a wander around. Such a magnificent place.
